I found this excerpt in a book on tea by Teresa Cheung. I Love the way she cherishes tea and all the wonders tea brings. Her writing is thoughtful and enlightening. The pictures are lovely. She shares how meditation and tea go hand and hand. That it should be part of creating peace in your life. I agree with this wholeheartedly. Sometimes being in the business side of tea, I forget this. I am happy there are writings like this to remind me.
